Bee began her political career in the House of Lords, working for the Conservative Chief Whip, before moving into David Cameron’s Communications team. As well as organising all of his visits she was part of the team responsible for running the annual Conservative Party Conference. She subsequently joined Theresa May’s team as Chief of Staff, covering the Leader of the House and Work & Pensions brief. After a stint in the Home Office as a Special Adviser, Bee moved to the private sector, advising clients on government affairs and strategic communications. Since moving to Wiltshire 15 years ago, Bee has held a variety of voluntary roles, mainly in education. She lives in Burbage with her family.
